These terms cover this website, our free resources, the live cohort sessions, and Decoding Digital Wealth and its companion workbook, all published by IAH4C Enterprises. By using any of it, you are agreeing to what follows.
Everything we publish is educational content only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser, or a financial planner, and nothing here creates an adviser relationship with you.
Cryptocurrency is volatile and risky. You can lose money, including all of it. Transactions on a blockchain are typically irreversible, and there is usually no customer service department that can undo a mistake. Decisions about your money are yours alone. Before acting, consider speaking with a licensed professional who knows your actual situation.
We make no promises about returns, outcomes, or performance. Any figures, examples, or case studies are illustrative or historical, and history is not a forecast.
Our materials are offered on a pay what you want basis. A suggested price is shown, and you may pay less, more, or nothing. This is deliberate, it is not a discount or a trial, and choosing to pay nothing gives you the same materials and the same access as anyone else.
Because our digital products are delivered immediately and may be obtained at no cost, payments are generally non refundable. If something goes wrong or you are unhappy, email us anyway and we will sort it out like human beings.
All IAH4C Academy content, including the book, the workbook, the glossary, the free resources, the HODLER method and framework, the live session recordings, and this site's text and design, is copyrighted, and our marks and framework names are trademarked. They belong to IAH4C Enterprises.
You may use the materials for your own learning, print them for personal use, write in your workbook, and share links to our pages with anyone, as widely as you like. Sharing the link is genuinely encouraged.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials, upload our files elsewhere, share your downloaded copies as files, remove our branding, create derivative works from them, or use them to train an AI model, in each case without our written permission.
Schools, colleges, businesses, and organizations wanting to use this with a group should contact us. We license for groups and we build around real budgets, including very small ones. Just ask.
Your workbook will contain your real financial information once you start filling it in. Keep your filled in copy to yourself, store it somewhere you control, and send people the link rather than your file. Share the link, not the book.
The 13 week live sessions are provided free of charge. Purchasing the book enrolls you automatically. Book checkout closes at 11:50pm ET on October 16, 2026 and reopens on January 15, 2027, and we may adjust that schedule if circumstances require. Sessions may be recorded, and by participating in chat you accept that your first name and your questions may appear on screen or in a replay. We may remove anyone from a session for abusive conduct, spam, solicitation, or promoting investments.
SMS reminders are optional and require your explicit opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We link to outside sources, including government agencies, regulators, and major news outlets, so that you can check our facts yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. We also rely on third party providers for hosting, email, SMS, and payments, and their terms apply to their part of the service.
We work hard on accuracy and we source our claims, but the materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Crypto moves fast and information can become outdated. To the fullest extent the law allows, IAH4C Enterprises is not liable for any loss, including financial loss, arising from your use of these materials or from any decision you make after reading them.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
