Privacy Policy

This site is operated by IAH4C Enterprises ("we," "us"), publisher of IAH4C Academy and Decoding Digital Wealth. We have tried to write this in plain English rather than lawyer English. If anything here is unclear, email iamhere4crypto@gmail.com and we will explain it.

The short version

• We collect only what you type into our forms, plus basic technical information every website receives.
• We use it to teach you, remind you about live sessions, and answer you.
• We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• We never share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• You can leave at any time and we will delete you.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number. We also collect your answers to the questions on that form, such as where you are starting from, what you want to learn, and what questions you have. For schools and businesses, we collect your organization, role, group size, and timeline.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our host receives standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were visited. We use this only in aggregate to understand what is useful.

Information stored on your own device. To avoid making you type your details more than once, we store your name, email, and phone locally in your own browser, along with a flag showing your free resources are unlocked. This never leaves your device unless you submit a form. Clearing your browser data erases it.

Payment information. We never see or store your card details. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

• To send you the live session link, reminders, replays, and the resources you asked for.
• To build the first two live sessions out of the questions registrants actually submitted.
• To answer messages you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, which materials are helping people.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick the SMS box yourself. It is never pre-ticked, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything or attending anything.

If you opt in, we send reminders about the live sessions, roughly one message per session week. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to be removed, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or from the cohort.

Schools, businesses, and organizations are never added to our SMS list at all.

Who else touches your information

We use a small number of service providers to actually deliver things. They process your information only to provide their service to us, and never for their own marketing:

• Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions.
• Resend, which sends our email.
• Textedly, or a comparable licensed provider, which sends SMS reminders to people who opted in.
• Lemon Squeezy, which processes payments and delivers digital files.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to. That is the only other case.

How long we keep it

For as long as you want to hear from us, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. Ask us to delete you and we will, within 30 days.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Stop texts by replying STOP to any message.
• See, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing iamhere4crypto@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or the GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you live, because drawing that line felt petty.

Children

This site and its forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Young people absolutely can and should learn this material, and we encourage it, but the account, the email address, and the consent should belong to a parent, guardian, or educator.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced by email to anyone on our list.
