Privacy & Terms

What you type into a form: name, email, and mobile number if you choose to give it, plus your answers about where you are starting from. Schools and businesses: organization, role, group size, timeline. Like every website, our hosting receives standard technical data, used only in aggregate.

To spare you retyping, your browser stores your name, email, and unlock status locally on your own device. It never leaves your device unless you submit a form. We never see or store card details; payments are handled by a licensed payment processor under its own policy.

To send the stream link, session reminders, replays, and the resources you asked for. To shape the live sessions and our weekly emails around the questions registrants actually submit. To answer you when you write to us. That is the list.

We only text you if you tick the SMS box yourself. It is never pre-ticked and never a condition of buying or attending anything. Roughly one reminder per session week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts anytime, HELP for help. Leaving texts does not remove you from email or the cohort. Organizations are never added to SMS at all.

A small set of trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, text messaging, and payment processing, each processing your information only to run their service for us, never for their own marketing. Beyond that, only if the law requires it.

Unsubscribe from any email with one tap. Reply STOP to any text. Want to see, fix, or delete what we hold about you? Email iamhere4crypto@gmail.com and it is done within 30 days, wherever you live.

Our forms are for adults. Young people can and should learn this material, and we encourage it, but the account, the email, and the consent belong to a parent, guardian, or educator.

Everything we publish is educational only. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We promise understanding, never outcomes, because crypto is volatile, transactions are usually irreversible, and anyone guaranteeing results is not being straight with you. Your money decisions are yours; a licensed professional who knows your situation is worth talking to before acting.

A suggested price is shown. Pay less, more, or nothing, and you get the same materials either way. Because digital products deliver instantly and can be had free, payments are generally non refundable. Something wrong anyway? Email us and we sort it out like human beings.

You may use everything for your own learning, print for personal use, write all over your workbook, and share links as widely as you like. Genuinely encouraged.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, upload our files elsewhere, share your downloaded copies as files, strip our branding, make derivative works, or train an AI on them without written permission. All content, the HODLER framework included, is copyrighted and trademarked by IAH4C Enterprises. Groups and classrooms: ask us, we license around real budgets.

The six weekly live sessions are free, and buying the book enrolls you automatically. Sessions may be recorded, and chat questions may appear on screen with first names. Abusive conduct, spam, or promoting investments gets removed.

We work hard on accuracy and source our claims, but materials are provided as is. Crypto moves fast and information can age. To the fullest extent the law allows, IAH4C Enterprises is not liable for losses arising from your use of these materials or decisions you make after reading them.
